I purchased a stage 1 faja, stage 2 faja, bra, and waist foams on July 14th, spending over $550 in total. I was promised that my stage 2 faja came with a free alteration since I purchased two fajas, along with soap to wash them.

I left the boutique wearing the black stage 1 faja and didn’t check the beige stage 2 faja at the time of purchase. After two weeks, when I switched to the stage 2 faja, the button for the sanitary liner immediately popped off—clearly defective on a product that cost over $200 with tax.

I dropped off the stage 2 faja for the promised free alteration and button repair. On August 9th, I was told it was ready, only to find that the button had not been repaired. The owner even denied that I had reported the issue, despite the fact that I had it documented in writing via text and noted when I dropped it off. At this point, I had already been without my faja for a week.

She sent it back again, and on August 19th I picked it up. When I tried it on at home, it was clear the faja was either not altered at all or altered incorrectly, as it still felt loose. Worse, the button was still not properly fixed and popped off again. When I reached out to the owner, she ignored my message rather than addressing the issue.

Let’s start with customer service and knowledge! I just had a lipo and BBL. I was informed that I should be in a stage two faja being two weeks post opp. I was extremely nervous because my skin to me still feel sensitive.

I go here and explain everything that was going on with me and what was recommended to me. The gentleman was excellent! With helping me. He found my size by measuring me and making sure the faja felt good to me which is very important. Don’t just get in a faja that seems okay but extremely uncomfortable. Make sure that it feels good because you can always adjust it to a smaller size, because they have 4 and 3 hooks.

I cannot express how the gentlemen was so helpful! Being new to this and having to trust what a person say is hard for me but he made sure that I was confident when I left with my purchase. Recommend and will go back!

So this time I invested the money for a good faja colombiana and wow! It’s well worth every penny and the customer service I got here was amazing.
