This location is just horrible with customer service!! Everyone I have spoke to from this location has a very RUDE tone and they all sound the exact same same rude attitude tone. Like the customer is the problem or they hate their job! No wonder the total rating is a 1.8 Just an overall horrible experience! I had a package delivered to the wrong address because of a typo on my end yes, but mind you it’s not even an actual address I was told it was delivered as “best as possible” bc it wasn’t a proper address. So basically it was delivered to someone around me. I’m just wondering why wouldn’t they take the package back to the post office and put invalid address??! Could’ve just sent it back. So since it was delivered and I never got it that next day I tried to contact them with the number that is listed when you search them on Google when I called it would confirm that it is the wuncshe loop location and then proceed to put me through to an operator and it would just continuously ring until it would hang up! I called every day 2times a day for 2days then decided to contact the Customer care 1-800 number and explain to them and opened up a case. Finally I get contacted right before the holiday weekend of Presidents’ Day And this was like 5 days after I contacted 1-800 so I wasn’t able to answer I called back and they’re close for the holiday weekend so finally I call on tuesday I speak to someone I get her name but then forget it she told me that my package was delivered to the wrong address and that someone would be in touch with me so I wait the next day goes by No one contact me so the following day I try to call again, again having trouble getting someone to pick up. Then someone calls me back I tell her about that I spoke to someone and they said someone would be in touch that my package was delivered to wrong address. She said oh well there is no note or nothing that you even spoke to anyone and she was confused and I was confused and she was like okay well I guess just wait until tomorrow they should be in touch and no one calls or contact me that next day so I call today and deal with someone else with a horrible customer service!!!! Of course she tells me the same thing well I can have someone call you back tomorrow if we have retrieve the package that was delivered the 11TH ohh yeah good luck with that! Read moreToday was my first time going into this post office. I needed to send off returned items. My packages were already prepared but not taped because i do not own packaging tape and In my mind i just knew that a POST OFFICE that packs and sends items would have tape. So I had all of my prepaid USPS labels i did not need anything else!!! I only went inside to tape and send my items to receive tracking.
As I’m standing in line the old man in the photo sees me across from the center island and yells in front of everyone, while already helping a customer “ YOU SUPPOSED TO COME IN HERE WITH YOUR STUFF TOGETHER, YOUR BOXES NEED TO BE TAPED”. Then goes on to tell the lady he’s helping “ I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE COME IN HERE WITHOUT THEIR PACKAGES TOGETHER”. He grabs some tape out of a box and throws it on the counter and says here’s some tape.
He didn’t say hello, He didn’t ask if i needed help, he did not ask me if i had any questions.
HE WAS RUDE AND LOUD AND TRIED TO BASICALLY EMBARRASS ME in front of the entire crowd at the post office. I’m so happy the nice lady beside him helped me. She was kind and polite. Clerk#8

His actions were poor. And he’s lucky that i was having a good day today because if I felt otherwise it could have been an ugly situation for us BOTH. I went there to see if my package that had been mailed last week was at the facility because when I used the website and the tracking told me that my package was out for delivery on Monday August 3rd. Well, when it didn't show up I checked the status of it again on Tuesday and nothing was updated.. My cousin finally called the facility on Thursday and they told her my package ended up at the wrong PO and it would be delivered Friday. Well, when it didn't show up Friday I woke up Saturday and just decided to go to the facility myself and see if it was maybe there and I could just pick it up or figure out exactly what was going on. I am absolutely mortified at the way the man at the pick up window spoke to me. He accused me of not using their real website and and told me that I can't believe everything I read online. He then proceeded to tell me that my cousin was probably just lying about mailing the package and asked if she owed me something and that's why she was a lying about it. I couldn't even believe the things he was saying to me. All I wanted him to do was track my package and see if he could tell me where it was and why I haven't received it yet. I actually ended up just walking away in tears from The window and leaving with no answers as to where my package was because of the way this man spoke to me.
