DO NOT RENT HERE ! I WAS ASSAULTED AND MACED BY MANAGER ADRIANA. they change the price EVERYTIME you go to pay for your weekly or monthly rent. 8/5/2025 Adriana (the manager) tried to charge me $150 more than what I usually pay for my room. I went down to the front desk the next morning on 8/6/2025 at about 8:45am. I asked the front desk clerk if we could go over my account because the night before, the general manager Adriana mentioned that she could see in my account my room rate went up $14 plus tax and other fees. The clerk who I asked if we could go over my account look as if she really didn’t know what was going on with the account so I mentioned I would take my dogs for a walk and come back and we can look over it. Well when I came back Taffi (which is another office clerk) and the general manager Adriana stepped in. VERY VERY VERY RUDE following with the statement “didn’t Adriana tell me last night about my Account” I’m like woah hey now I’m grown and we’re both adults please don’t speak to me in that manner. Adriana was speaking to me with her hands and talking to me as if I were her kid. After I asked them not to speak to me in that manner they then told me I could pack my stuff and leave. and I mentioned to them I can leave but I would need a refund as I just paid them for a week. $328 after they tried to charge me $450 and they told me I had to leave I paid for a week and was not there a whole day and they asked me to leave without wanting to give me a refund. I have many many many many videos of them neglecting my questions about corporate numbers trying to lock the gate on me and telling me they are not refunding me. I asked for corporate several times it took the police arriving for me to get a corporate number and the manager didn’t give me the corporate number THE POLICE GAVE ME THE CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER & and I have it all on video recording. The police helped me look up the corporate number for this place that says ALOT lol and they called the police on me. The police asked that I just leave the property call corporate and go to civil court. I packed my things and as I was leaving the manager Adriana tried to mace me this place is very very very unprofessional. Dear, Hotel Management/Corporate Team,
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my current stay at the WoodSpring Suites location at 14900 N. Freeway Houston, TX 77090. The conditions I’ve encountered have been appalling, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in hopes of an immediate resolution.
Washer Issue: On January 24, 2025, I used the washer, and it took my money but did not complete the cycle. I reported the issue promptly, but my money was never returned, and no action was taken to resolve the situation.
Roach Infestation: The room is infested with roaches. I have attempted to address this problem myself, but the infestation persists, making the environment unbearable.
Uncleanliness and Lack of Maintenance: The room has not been properly cleaned. The carpet smells, the floors are sticky, and the towels are never changed or replaced. Despite being told that cleaning services would be provided, none have been.
Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi has been slow and unreliable, making it difficult to complete any work or personal tasks during my stay.
Illegal Investigation: I was informed that there would be an “investigation” of every room between 11am and 5pm today, but no clear explanation was given, making this situation even more confusing and stressful.
Unsanitary Conditions Due to Pets: To make matters worse, the property allows large dogs, and for the past two days, there has been dog feces outside my door. I reported the issue to the manager, who promised to clean it up but left for the day without following through. This lack of care has contributed further to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility taken by both the management and staff regarding these issues. Given the extent of these problems, I believe compensation or a full refund is necessary. I request an immediate response with a plan of action to resolve these issues.
