Awesome experience " great customer service" Definitely top - notch the store was very neat clean and organized everything that was shown to us exceeded or expectations so we got a one stop all in one quality clothing and excellent customer service. I brought my friend in on Wednesday 9/3 looking for a suit /shoes the works 😊 who only had a few days left before his son's all black attire upcoming wedding on Saturday 9/6. when we arrived at the store we were immediately greeted by the store manager Mr Mike once he knew what we were searching for he measured my friend very quickly brought so many different items for him to choose from I'm talking pants , shirts , ties, bow ties and shoes Mr Mike gave him plenty of options great advice and stayed with him the whole time Mr. Mike definitely has great taste in clothing and shoes 😀. Once my friend decided what suit he was going with Mr Mike said hey how about some suspenders 😂 my friend said I don't need suspenders the pants are fitting me perfectly. There were three other employees in the store at the time Mr Ron Miss Sophia and Miss Kaylee ( I hope I'm spelling their name correctly) they too were incredibly awesome as Mr Mike was working with my friend they helped me look for some casual clothing for my son and they all did this with great smiles we were so comfortable and very happy with our service. And let me not forget the seamstress she was awesome ( sorry I forgot her name) once Mr Mike gave her the pants to be hemmed for my friend she said she would work on it right away and it would probably be about a half hour we left and came back right at the time they said the pants would be ready and low and behold they were ready upon our return The men's wearhouse team had everything at the register bagged and hung up very nicely we were definitely impressed! Great team work! My friend was so impressed that when we left he said hey let's stop at that pizza place that we passed and grab the men's wearhouse crew a pizza and sodas so we did just that 😁 The last thing I want to say is we go by first impressions so from the beginning we knew we were going to leave that store with something in our hands you can always tell when an employee really likes their job or if they're just there for a paycheck this group of employees you can really tell they LOVE their job IT SHOWS TREMENDOUSLY! On Wednesday 10/7/20 I received an email saying that my suit was ready to be picked up for my friends wedding on 10/10/20. Because of my work schedule I was not able to come in until Thursday 10/8/20 in the afternoon. Upon arrival my suit was there and ready for me to try on. Everything fit except for the shirt, coat and shoes. I was told that it was too late in the day to have the replacements there the following day so I was told to come back Saturday morning at 10am when they open to pick them up (morning of wedding). So that is exactly what I did, I arrive at 9:50am Saturday morning and wait for the doors to open, I’m in a hurry as I have to meet the groom and the rest of the groomsmen an hour away and I should already have been there by now, only to be told they are not there yet and that they would be in by 12pm. When I was told this I almost couldn’t believe it. I was asked what time the wedding was and when I said 4pm the associate said “oh good you have time then”. No not really as the photographer was arriving at 1pm to take pictures. Luckily the suit arrive around 11:30 and I had time to get there but this entire experience was extremely infuriating! My fiancé and I had an appointment the Monday after Easter for his wedding suit. We arrived about 10 minutes early, and I was a bit irritated after we waited for another 20 minutes before being helped. While the associates did acknowledge us, they were just incredibly short staffed and the store was packed with kids and parents buying suits for prom. I understand the nationwide labor shortage but it really was shocking that they only had 3 folks working and 1 person training during such a busy season. Anyway, all this to say when Susan got to us, she couldn’t have been anymore knowledgeable or helpful. Their selection of designer brands is wide, the quality of everything from the belts, to the jackets to the shirts is top notch. Susan helped us out with a discount and while I was surprised they did away with their store card (heads up!), we really did get a ton of name brand clothes for a reasonable price. Most go in here to rent, and we purchased everything we bought for our wedding day and I felt like we got a great deal and incredible service, all things considered.
