I have lived in Springettsbury Township for 46 years. I had received a violation for parking in the grass. Now my neighbor has a shed 3 times the regulation. Not one enforcement officer has noticed in 35+ years. So I go to township to complain on 12/23. While I am their I bring up 3 traffic violations the neighbors have. 3 of the township employees told me they are not he person to talk to that they don’t know. My child almost got his car hit twice due to no visibility. I complained on 12/23 and it took Springettsbury til 12/27 to come out and do anything. They had them move the truck but it is now blocking another stop sign. I called again. The officer came out measured and told me it’s fine. There is zero visability my way. I called the officer back and quoted their laws. He refused to do anything. I contacted state police they won’t do anything. I have added the law that they have that even if you are 30 feet away you still can’t park there due to traffic. The officer told me the neighbors say I did this because I don’t like them. Damn right I don’t but I think it’s time everyone stops being scared of this man and take a stand. Just go down Stony Brook Dr and you will know who I’m talking about. Man thinks he lives at the beach. I was physically assaulted by Springettsbury police multiple times. Once in retaliation for calling the department to ask why I was stopped and ID'd while walking down the sidewalk. When trying to make a FOIA request for bodycam footage, I was lied to and told I needed to have a lawyer do it. I now have PTSD, Afib, and bad joints from being tasered in my groin multiple times. I was not resisting, I was a passenger during a traffic stop, and I was already out of the car and at my front door on Private Property before they turned on their lights, and told me to get back into the car. I asked if they were stopping the driver or if I did something. They got very hostile from that moment. I even asked to get out of the car to talk to the officers. When asked why they dogpiled 5 guys on me and tased me, one officer replied "for being a dummy". My grandmother came outside when she heard me screaming, and they threatened to shoot her for standing in her front yard. Public defender tricked me into pleading guilty through ARD when I repeatedly told them I'm not guilty and want to fight the charges.
