JD Sports — Local services in Springfield Township

On Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:00am when the store open, I was greeted by two of the most disrespectful employees I've ever meet. So first I would like to give a brief description of the two of them. One a middle age balding white male and the other one was a middle age short hair cut white women. The lady is the one who service me, and the service was horrible, but before we get into that it was another costumer who was in the store and left out who the both of the began to take about them and there children. How rude and disrespectful can a finish line employee be. The answer is limitless, but let me continue. I pick up a sneaker the NEW BALANCE 574 SPORT - WOMEN'S (Selected Style: Silver/Charcoal | Synthetc Width: B - Medium Product #: WS574SFG) now I'm a male with a goatee, and I was shopping on the mens size so I assumed that the sneaker was a mans shoe, so I ask the lady to try it on and she couldn't find my size so she said I could try on the on on display. And I did that but it was a size 10 and tight, now I wear a 9 to a 9 1/2. So I knew something was wrong so, I asked her could she look up the price because it didnt have a tag and I was thinking about ordering it online and having it shipped to me, and she did look it up, but she never told me it was womens shoe. How dishonest can a finish line employee be? Limitless I guess. I left the store only to go to King of Prussia to find out the truth. I'll never go back to this location. The employees is dishonest and they talk about costumer as soon as they leave the store or while they're still in the store. Sad so Sad. They need to be...

The ‘manager’ Mateo would not accept my return bc the shoelace had dust on it said they were worn, MY SON COULDN’T FIT THEM and the other shoe was in tact. I said he couldn’t have worn 1 shoe- he argued saying yes he could have.. like WHAT???? Oh forgot to mention when he came to the desk he was already annoyed telling the associate that he just got his sandwich and didn’t even bite into it. Oh! Sorry for interrupting your lunch that i didn’t know about! Try training all associates to handle returns if you’re that concerned about your hoagie! He also refused to give me the district managers information, he said Brenda…. I asked how do i reach her, he shrugged saying, “I have no idea, she’s new so….” When i was leaving the store in a sarcastic tone he yelled… Have a good one.. WOW! No wonder the turnover is astronomical at this store and the employees that are working look either sad...

My boyfriend bought a pair of Nike Huraches in store, but unfortunately they just didn’t work out and weren’t comfortable for him. He returned them two days later, but forgot to bring in an attachable rubber piece. The store manager said she could take them back and issue a refund, but refused to because of the two rubber pieces missing and she’s have to sell them at a lower cost. He called corporate and they issued the refund over the phone, he would just have to return the shoes and the manager was to cal customer service to verify she received the shoes. Four days later, he still hasn’t been an issued a refund and now corporate doesn’t have any record of him being refunded or the store manager receiving the shoes.
