On Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:00am when the store open, I was greeted by two of the most disrespectful employees I've ever meet. So first I would like to give a brief description of the two of them. One a middle age balding white male and the other one was a middle age short hair cut white women. The lady is the one who service me, and the service was horrible, but before we get into that it was another costumer who was in the store and left out who the both of the began to take about them and there children. How rude and disrespectful can a finish line employee be. The answer is limitless, but let me continue. I pick up a sneaker the NEW BALANCE 574 SPORT - WOMEN'S (Selected Style: Silver/Charcoal | Synthetc Width: B - Medium Product #: WS574SFG) now I'm a male with a goatee, and I was shopping on the mens size so I assumed that the sneaker was a mans shoe, so I ask the lady to try it on and she couldn't find my size so she said I could try on the on on display. And I did that but it was a size 10 and tight, now I wear a 9 to a 9 1/2. So I knew something was wrong so, I asked her could she look up the price because it didnt have a tag and I was thinking about ordering it online and having it shipped to me, and she did look it up, but she never told me it was womens shoe. How dishonest can a finish line employee be? Limitless I guess. I left the store only to go to King of Prussia to find out the truth. I'll never go back to this location. He returned them two days later, but forgot to bring in an attachable rubber piece. The store manager said she could take them back and issue a refund, but refused to because of the two rubber pieces missing and sheās have to sell them at a lower cost. He called corporate and they issued the refund over the phone, he would just have to return the shoes and the manager was to cal customer service to verify she received the shoes. Four days later, he still hasnāt been an issued a refund and now corporate doesnāt have any record of him being refunded or the store manager receiving the shoes.
