Hot Topic — Local services in Springfield Township

This place is a shell of its former self. No I don't mean the company as a whole, just this store in particular. Walked in there yesterday March 16th. It was a rainy Sunday for part of the day so the store was empty when we got in. Made eye contact with a cashier and no greeting. Which is odd. Made things kind of awkward. No one offered to help. I left just about as fast as I entered because the other two people working were following next to us every section we stopped at. It was like they were expecting us to pocket something. Took only one star off due to the lack of product I was looking for.

I wish I knew her name. Or who she cosplayed as. But this young lady was one of the best associates I've ever seen at a hot topic. Her cosplay was awesome. She was super friendly. She wanted to work with me to get the product but I was on vacation so I could not drive drive 3 hours back there.

She was the best and if I ever go back, I hope I run into her again.

I stopped in this location yesterday after my daughters purse was taken from the food court, she was visibly upset because the purse meant more to her than the contents. The girl working asked if she could help with anything and we explained the situation, she gave my daughter a coupon for 15% off of a purse.
