The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Springfield Township

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I bought a few products from this store a couple days ago, one of which was a concealer that was in a wrongly labeled package. I came by today to exchange, unaware of the no return policy. When I approached the counter to inquire of an exchange, the woman was extremely rude in her delivery of the policy, to which I replied I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware of that. She immediately ran to their back room and I heard laughing. I decided I would just shop and get the correct shade. While I was opening a box to one (to make sure the right shade was in the box) the other women, who was older and had purple hair, came over to me ripped the box from my hands and told me I wasn’t allowed to open boxes. She then accused me of stealing saying “where you going to switch that out!?” I told her No, I was going to buy the right shade how dare you accuse me. I told her that they were being rude for absolutely no reason and I left. I still cannot believe that happened. They had no reason to be so rude and no basis for...

Store manager RUDE and has NO personality. NEVER once took the time to greet customers and offer assistance. The only time store manager came out was to say loudly we are NOT ALLOWED to open the box. Store manager is more interested with her personel phone calls. Employee(Bonnie) needs some serious customer service training and learn to stop suspecting customers of trying to steal her products loudly. Rude, miserable Bonnie don't seem to like her job and is in the wrong business. Bonnie is known for her bad/nasty attitute. This is the WORST location I have been to. I hope the NEW district manager will take some time and look into this location customer complaints. They prefer phone sales with all the resellers which is fast/easy sales to reach monthly golas as the manager clearly talked about loudly. Save yourself the time and stay away from this location. I went into shop with my mom today to get some new mascara and foundation. My mom went to look at a foundation, but no tester was available. So, as anyone would, she opened the box to simply look at the color with no plans of applying the foundation. The lady working rudely said “you can’t open the box” and my mom said “I was just looking to make sure the color matched” and the lady responded “yeah you can’t open the boxes it’s store policy.” Are you kidding me? No tester, but can’t look to see if the shade matches. Oh and can’t return the item if it doesn’t match? No thanks. I put the mascara down that I planned on getting and left.
