I would like the world to know how amazing Bill is who works at this location. I stopped in on a random trip to get my ring cleaned an inspected. I had gone through several ups and downs with my wedding rings through another Zales after it had been damaged during a resize and had to replaced. Needless to say, I am very protective of my rings and worry something will happen to them all the time. So on that day, I show up and while my ring is being cleaned it was discovered by Bill that the original Zales I ordered my ring from failed to issue me a diamond warranty and only my metal work was covered. I was shocked and surprised since some of the issues I had with my original ring was stones falling out after it was damaged being resized. I was afraid that should this one lose any I would now be left with a ring I couldn't get fixed. Bill was kind enough to make sure that my ring was in perfect condition and was able to get me the warranty that was missing. I was very happy and thankful for Bill to not only take the time to help me but to get something I was not even aware of fixed. My husband and I will gladly drive the extra miles to visit this...

Had a ring resized here before the coronavirus shut down. It was to be mailed to a store closer to my location. During the shut down, the store that it was to be mailed to was permanently closed. No call from anyone. I had no idea where my ring was for 4 months. I finally get ahold of someone and they tell us the ring had been shipped back to this location so I call them and make arrangements for them to mail the ring directly to me. A month later I still have no ring so I call to see what's going on and the lady tell me "oh yes it's here you can pick it up." I said no. We made arrangements a month ago to have it mailed to me. She says "oh yes, I see the note here at the bottom of your file." SO ANNOYED. So I'm like okay. Can someone mail this out since it was never mailed out a month ago like it was supposed to be? We make arrangements again and here we are over a month later and guess who still hasn't seen their ring? This...

Walked into the store expected to be hounded by sales people like usual. This experience was far from that!!! We walked in and said we were only looking. After a few minutes of us browsing, salesman came over and asked if we needed help. After looking at a few ring and giving him ideas of what we were looking for, he pointed us in a few different directions. The first was 5Xs higher than what I really wanted to pay. He asked me what my price point was and I told him a ball park figure. Sure enough, he found the perfect ring for us. All said and done, out the door price was literally $4.00 over my ball park budget. Thank you soooo much, it was a great shopping experience, no pressure at all, and bought exactly what we were looking for....
