Everything started well but ended terribly. Most of the workers here are helpful and willing to work with you. That can not be said for the store manager. She is very rude and will pawn off any questions or concerns to another employee and will not stay involved in any sort of the experience. She will just sit at the computer or on her phone and give people looks. Me and multiple people from my wife’s and my family got fitted for tuxedos for my wedding. That portion went well and I got what I needed for the event. However, this is where things started to go bad. My father in law and father needed to have alterations to part of their outfit that didn’t come in properly. We were assured that the pieces would arrive the day of the event no later than 1030 which was acceptable, however when arriving to the store the manager said she had none of our items ready and did not know when fed ex would arrive. I asked if she could provide any information since it was getting to be close to the time we needed to leave for my wedding and she said that she didn’t have any idea and it could be any time throughout the day since she didn’t work for FedEx. As I walked out the door I saw that there was a note left by FedEx on the door saying there was no one there to accept the delivery. I confronted the manager and she said that it wasn’t her problem and she can’t control when they come and that she couldn’t do anything to help figure out the situation. Although I did become angry with the manager It was because I was treated with disrespect and contempt. I have been in retail management myself the past few years and could not imagine treating my customers the way I was treated at this establishment. I requested she called FedEx to get a wait time and she did not want to do that until I refused to leave the store until she was able to give me some sort of information regarding the problem. After leaving my father in law and grandmother had to return to the store and in turn show up late to the venue for the wedding.
Tl;dr if you go to this men’s wearhouse be weary of the arrival time for items as they miss deliveries occasionally and do not interact with the manager, work with the other employees as they are much more...

Probably the worst experience using any kind of goods and services. As the groom, my tux did not arrive until a few hours before my wedding. Any resolution came from corporate or another store as the employees of this specific Ontario store are rude, and can not comprehend anything above a 5th grade level and basic emotion.. it started with my tux being a day late, and being told it would arrive the next day. Then to be told the next day that it did not arrive and that nothing could be done (due to employee incompetence.) I then had to do buisiness with a store in Cincinnati who ordered me a tux which was delivered thankfully, right before my wedding. This ontario/mansfield store is a joke and puts a horrible stain on the companies name. During this fiasco we were not the only customers with issues like this. To put things into perspective, employees were talking smack about the district manager, "dave" I think they said his name was, while customers were in the store, Basically saying he does not care about the customers orders being late etc. To then turn around and blame not only him, but fedex as well, for their poor, unprofessional, childish customer service. I offered them resolutions, such as working with another store and they simply would refuse or hangup the phone. You are better off working with goodwill compared to this store, to find the wares you are looking for. You can walk into this store and stay 5 minutes to realize...

While most were done in store there was my son's who needed more work after being fitted twice already. They re-measured and told us it would be ready for pick up on Saturday...the day of my wedding! I live an hour away so that's two hours on the road for a tux that should have been done right ahead of time. I asked for a refund of some kind or for it to be delivered as we didn't have time to pick it up same day of wedding. She opted to bring it to me. Dropped it off and left and it STILL did not fit! She never stuck around to make sure it was okay. We had to make it work. My son was uncomfortable the entire time. I was then offered a $30 refund for the issues. I asked for half and was offered $50 because after all she did bring it to me and they never do that. Men's warehouse is a big name company and I was extremely disappointed with the service and attentiveness. I have friends getting married soon and will make sure I steer them away from this...
