One of THEE worst experiences. I came to the store with my 11 y/o daughter as she wanted to find a dress to match a pair of sneakers she had for an upcoming party she is attending. We walked through the entire store looking. No one asked if we needed assistance. In all honesty, i didnt even know the 2 employees actually worked there. They were too busy having conversation with each other. We looked through the entire store, looking for a xs purple dress to match 1 of the 2 pairs of sneakers my daughter was carrying with her in her bag. Finally we found a dress she liked and needed to try it on. We literally had to find someone in the store to learn the process for trying items on. The young lady told us the 2 dressing rooms to the right are open. No further directions. No accompaniment. Nothing. My daughter and i went to the dressing room. I waited outside the door while she tried the dress on. A few minutes later, one of the employees came to the entrance of the dressing room, looked at me, then left. My daughter didnt like the dress that she tried on so we put it back. No assistance whatsoever. We looked around a little more before leaving the store. As we were leaving the store, I noticed the young lady who came and peeked at us at the dressing room had followed us to the door. Again, the entire time we were in the store, NO ONE ever greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance.

I walked out and made a statement along the lines of instead of following me through the store, she could've asked if i needed help.

I will never return to this store and i wont ever recommend anyone purchase...

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in the store on Saturday for my birthday outfit which is 3/19. They didn't have the online items in the store, so the cashier did my order online. She asked if I wanted a rush delivery for $25 which I said yes. I needed the outfit by 3/17 because I'll be driving 3/18. Well wouldn't you know I get an email Monday saying my packet will be delivered on 3/18. I called customer service and was told there's nothing they can do and can't give me a refund until I send my packet back (that will arrive 3/21). If I need the package before my birthday and it doesn't come until after my birthday (due to their error), why do I need to wait until it comes? It's your product, stop the delivery and give me my money back. Since I now have to buy a new outfit. $110 gone because of...

I have to say this store has some of the most beautiful clothes i’ve ever seen at reasonable prices, the sizes do seem to run small so i would definitely recommend trying on in store if possible , I’m 4’11 and 95 and i can easily fit a size large for a not super tight fit, my daughter is 5”2 and the prom dresses in size small fit her but she would need the lengths altered a bit as they tend to run long, but for the price would definitely be worth it! In my experiences there i’ve never been approached by any employees when entering the store, but that i don’t mind at all because i usually know my size and everything but they are nice and and available for help...
