7-Eleven — Local services in Springfield

Dear Consumers of 7 Eleven who shop at the Brookfield Plaza Location: Over the past few months, I have seen several manipulative measures at this store. They use their separate machines to manipulate prices and also they choose what products by forcing you not to select and not give you the option to save with the point you are earning. Today on 2/13/2025 it was forced upon me no to use my points that I have spent money earning. When I spend money and earn points buying different products I deserve the right to use the points I earn and spend money in. This was a second time this has happened to me. This place obviously has a issue with POC,we’ll let me say the ladies that work the cash registers.I live in walking distance to this place and sometimes spend $20 or $30 there,majority of the time I go there is in the morning.When someone is in front of me they’ll say good morning and thank you but I don’t get the same respect.On several occasions they were giving out free muffins and a banana but I wasn’t offered either.Recently I was there and one of the ladies working the cash register while helping me she said something in Indian or whatever language they speak to the other lady,she turned and looked at me so I can imagine...

Please please if you can and avoid this please do so. I have lived by the 7-Eleven for 10 years and never used to go to if there was a 7-Eleven across the street that was open that was much more convenient and the workers were very nice, but they close the 7-Eleven, and that is the closest one, but I still go out of my way to the one down on Beckwith Road service is atrocious and the owner does not care and the store is not very clean either .
