I had never been to this store before. My girls are 13 and we're needing new clothes for school. So we decided to try this store. They found some things they liked and I made a huge purchase around $300. Granted it's been over 60 days since purchased, but one of the plaid shirts we purchased shredded at the point where cuff meets Sleeve after washing. It can't be repaired. It's defective!! I attempted to exchange for same item but they refused. I am very disappointed. Definitely their loss as I spend a lot of money on my girls. But I do not recommend this store, the quality of clothing is cheap and the return policy is poor even when the clothing item...

I Used to really love this store. I couldn't stay out of it. But it takes 1 rude person to change that...i was n the store buying myslef something, and i was happy when i seen it on clearance for 1.99$ when i got the register i asked the lady how much it was to be sure. She snapped and said we can check it, then demanded my email. Once she rang them up they came up to 2.99$ i told her 3 times thier was a whole bin of those same ones for 1.99$ and she told me that some one must have put them n the wrong bin, that they were 2.99$ she wasnt going to change it. I prob wont go back if they cant make up their minds on how much they wanna charge...

At first when I came in it was an off putting experience due to an associate who was standing up front visibly glued to their phone not assisting customers or straightening up the store (it was very busy and very messy towards the front). But Oz came and saved the day! Was very helpful and knowledgeable about their current and upcoming sales and helped me into a fitting room and cleaned it out for me before I entered. He was friendly and personable despite the chaos of a busy day. If it wasn't for him, my opinion of Aero would've...
