Sno bubble tea — Restaurant in Springfield

Got a Cosmic Butterfly and a Blue Hawaiian, cosmic butterfly was good but it was so stuffed with ice that I couldn't get my straw in and I made a mess on the counter (Sorry, but I'd rather the counter than my clothes. I lost 1/3 of my drink because of how much it was stuffed). As for the Blue Hawaiian, I'm positive she didn't make it right. It was green??? It tasted like matcha. We've gotten the blue Hawaiian before and it's usually a very beautiful blue color. We waited for a sec so we could get her attention, but she kept her back to us and we just left.

I understand it was a little loud, but maybe turn down the music and just ask your customers to wait a moment if your coworker decides to blend something and make it difficult to hear anything (Very poor timing on his part, he saw us come up and decided that was when he'd start blending stuff?). Another good alternative would be asking your customers to just point to the menu what they want to avoid mistakes.

Definitely did not get $13 worth...

The first time we came here was great, fast service, delicious boba. The second time the employee rang us up specifically for one type of ice cream then proceeded to give us the wrong kind and it melted all over my three girls before they could even eat it. Third time we came the same girl checked us out, proceeded to answer the phone in the middle of checking us out and walked away. After checking me out they both left the sales floor for at least 10 minutes... Line of people waiting to be checked out and the people in front of us were still waiting for their stuff, plus us. The mall is busy, the store is busy, and for some reason you have two people working but neither feels like time or customer service is particularly important. When I worked retail I absolutely would have been fired for leaving the sales floor empty. I'm not sure I would recommend anyone going here unless you want to get orders wrong and wait 15-30...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to warn others about Snow Boba Bubble Shop. It’s honestly the biggest ripoff I’ve experienced. The boba tastes terrible—way too sweet and weirdly chewy, like it’s been sitting around all day. The drinks are overpriced and definitely not worth what they charge.

What really got me is they actually charge extra for easy ice. Seriously? That’s just ridiculous. I’ve been to plenty of other boba places that don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing. The service wasn’t great either, and overall the vibe just felt like they cared more about making money than giving customers a good drink or experience.

Save yourself the time and cash—go literally anywhere else for your boba...
