I never had a problem until the manager or supervisor had a very nasty attitude with me on the phone kept putting the phone down while I’m asking him questions would not listen to me and then kept telling me all he cared about was my payment I felt so disrespected I explained to him that I’ve never gave them not one issue I never even been late but yet he was treating me like trash I honestly was about to return my stuff and go to a different store when I went in the store another Spanish supervisor helped me and was so nice but I honestly don’t know how this man has a job that has to do with a lot of customers service and acts in this way I been still thinking about returning my furniture and going to a different store all because I’m so discusted in the way he treated me that I never want to even have to lay eyes on that man I’m also surprised at this company for letting this man treat customers this way and still be able to have a job smh his name is “buddy” some one needs to do something about this man or next is the better business bureau actually I def have to report him ....#better costumer...

They are so bad don’t rent from them u pay insurance on something but if it brakes they tell u that it’s your responsibility to finish paying for it the manger is so rude like how he is the manger beyond me they are so quick to come to your house call your phone 30 times a day but when u ask them to come pick something up from your house cuz u no longer are useing nor do u wanna pay for it anymore they take for ever to come and get it but if I owed u money u come so fast they left a item in my house for 4 days giveing me the run around talking about yah we are coming for it and never do don’t wast your time or money there the manger is not it better off going...

Called to see if they have a Xbox series X disk version unused and sealed. They did! I was hoping they would put it aside for me until Tuesday because I didn't have the first payment until that day I get paid. Called and talked to Nestor and he told me he had 1 in stock and come now to get my Xbox! I was surprised! Took under 10 minutes and I walked out with my new Xbox! Also Kaitlyn I think her name was did a great job doing all the computer work. Very friendly people and they will work with you.
