I'd give 0 stars but I can't. They were so rude and judgmental towards me. I was trying to buy a Christmas gift for my wife and I found a beautiful jacket my wife would have loved, the only problem was it was too big. I tried getting both associates multiple times for assistance and each time I got close to one of them they started walking backwards practically running away from me as if I was going to kidnap them or something. So needless to say even though they had what I wanted I walked out empty-handed. I am so disappointed in the staff here. P.S. to the owner who replied, I am WELL aware it is a woman's clothing store and I was shopping for a Woman... My Wife!!? I will not delete this review because every husband out there that wants to shop for his wife should know how rainbow shops and dots treat their paying customers who happen to be male. It is gender discrimination to say the least. Apology...

I went in there to return some clothes because for some reason they have no dressing room anymore at least that is what I was told. The cashier that waited on me was extremely rude, no hello no smiles no nothing. She looked like she was mad at the world. I tried engaging and nothing back, no eye contact whatsoever !! Then she is looking over the clothes as If I had worn them , so dispicable!! I told her I want my money back and she acted as if I said something wrong the looks she gave me, so unprofessional!! Then she hands me this piece of paper to sign, I did not know what it was and upon asking her she very rudely kept saying, just sign it, sign it!!! I have never had such a terrible experience in a clothing store!! This lady never even made eye contact with me the entire time!! I will not be returning to that store not worth it!! Your staff needs retraining on proper...

maybe i shouldve got there earlier but i called and they said they close at 9. i get there 8:50, doors are locked. employee restocking the racks acts like she doesn’t see me knockin on the glass. i’m calling them and they sittin there ignoring me. 😂 they have the blinds down but i can still abt 5 a dem just sittin there talkin. i should’ve gotten there sooner ngl but still. idrc they close early, i just gotta return the clothes cs they said todays the last...
