Coming into Collectomaniacs for sanctioned Saturday Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments has become a steady part of our regular schedule. My 12 year old has learned so much about playing cards from more seasoned players. The staff are the kindest people around. While my son is playing cards, I am able to walk around and look at the collection of Funko Pops, Scary Toys, Plushies, Decorative, and cards. I also have the option of sitting in a corner and reading a book while my son has the best time. I love how inclusive and inviting thr environment is for everyone who walks through the doors. Read moreI would love to give these Collectomaniacs more stars, but I do not have the option to in 2022. I call them that because they work amazing together. 👏 that you for the experience in your store you...

When I pushed back politely, the staff dismissed my concerns instead of acknowledging the problem. The attitude came across as unprofessional and honestly pretty rude.
If you’re advertising inventory online, it should be accurate. If it’s not, then don’t advertise it at all. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed and with no intention...
