I really like Dillard's. They have GREAT SALES sometimes. You can't return anything after 3 days on sale off Clearence (I'm pretty sure it's just Clearence). Otherwise regular priced merchandise you can. The sales people are fine to me but there was one lady who could have cared less...told me a top fit okay...NOT. ..it was too big. She isn't there anymore...Retired I think. I tried on swimsuits and they were giving Scratch Off's if you tried the suits on. No one gave me a Scratch Off. I continued looking around the mall for a while and stopped back by Swimwear to ask a question..a nice young man told me I could get a Scratch Off just for trying on suits..I told him I'd already done that earlier but no one gave me a Scratch Off but I thought that's what the deal was. He took me over...let me pick one...I turned it in and it was for a $20 Gift Card! Thank You young man! The women didn't care. Also, you have to go clear to one corner of the store for Refunds..Etc. That's crazy. Just do those things in the Dept you purchased it in. Love their quality! You can get some REALLY GOOD BUYS. Basically I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DILLARD'S!!! I have several very very nice things from there. Probably going there today. Love Bryn Walker, IC and other styles I can't remember. Bought a great top there 2 weeks ago. Sometimes..."I feel" like clothes are like buying gas...."Price Goughing". Just my perception...
Read moreI'm from out of town and was having a full blown verge of panic attack and happened to walk in here due to being familiar from school shopping ages ago with the mall setting. I walked into the East Entrance into women's makeup, perfume, skincare etc & immediately was grabbed by Lana who did NOT ask once if I was going to buy wanted to buy wanted to see talk, but immediately asked ARE You Okay?! To which I replied with a non direct NO. IM NOT OKAY, and she wouldn't leave my side until I could breathe. Not once did she push me to buy products. Then, once I told her I'd wasted enough of her time, she sent me to Terra at the Kiehls booth. She also realized I wasn't okay, and just started showing me all sorts of things and immediately distracted from the panic. If you two had not been working that day, I would have been forced to either go to an ER or drive back to Rolla. Thanks to your generosity, humanity, and just plain kindness - Battlefield Mall now holds a special place with me. My husband knows about the entire scenario and we've both agreed that Battlefield Mall is our next 'staycation' ASAP. Especially to make sure Terra and Lana get the Thank You they...
Read morePerfume department was wonderful. Saw I was walking around smelling all the more vanilla-y and woodsy perfumes and were helping me find other scents to try without me needing to ask for assistance. Super friendly and had great recommendations. The clothing options are kind more centered toward their older shoppers which is understandable but I would love to see a bit more thatâs geared toward the younger women as well. The sections they did have for younger women were pretty cute and had some trendy and timeless pieces. In the clothing department I didnât get asked if I needed assistance or anything which made it hard to ask questions when needed. They were either standing at the registers on their phones or chatting about personal lives while creating new displays. They did eventually ask if I wanted a fitting room and was nice when walking me to my room. The room itself was huge and super cute, my Levi 501âs didnât look good tho so I didnât buy them. Overall it was nice, I spent most of the time I was there trying to figure out where I was haha but I got...
