We went to your Eugene, Oregon on Tuesday September 26, 2023 at approximately 2:30 pm. There is a young man named Kee and a young woman named Catherine. These two people were so VERY HELPFUL!!! Sweet and kind and always with a smile. They found my husband and myself the sizes and colors we we're looking for. Two wonderful people and we would love for Kee and Catherine to receive praises and a possible raise. They are two hard working people and would LOVE if they got rewarded for what they do. We are from California and have only been able to shop through the catalog. We spent around $ 400.00 with their help and that was only the front half of your store. We will be going back on our way home to shop the other half of the store 🥰 We look forward to Kee and Catherine helping us again. You have no brick and mortar locations in San Marcos California. Thank You for having these two wonderful people to help us. Sincerely, Denise and David...

These products have so far lived up to the hype.
Also the hand cream in the white little tub will save your hands... all mechanics should have it as well as anyone who is hard on...
Read moreRecently while traveling I received an email from Duluth Trading notifying me that men's underwear was on sale. There was a Duluth store in the city I was in so I decided I would stop by and score 3 of their heavyweight, long bodied T shirts. Not to be. The young woman at the check out counter informed me that T shirts were NOT men's underwear and the price was 24.50 ea. I informed her that T shirts are underwear and have been so for 70+ years and at 24.50 per each, they were not underwear meant for me. I thanked her for her time, then left. I had a similar experience a few years ago with a mail order that underwent an increase in price when I clicked to buy it. I'm not saying that they do these things to deliberately lead their customers to erroneous conclusions, but I...
