I recently stopped by Emerald Vapors looking for a CBD and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was met with a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude from the woman working there. From the start, her body language—arms crossed and a look that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her—set the tone.
I asked a few simple questions, trying to understand my options and learn more about the products, and was met with short, unhelpful answers. When I asked if I could take a picture of the product case (since there were no pamphlets or details available), she agreed but immediately asked for ID in a way that felt more accusatory than standard procedure. I complied without issue, retrieving my ID from my car, and continued trying to have a respectful conversation, but it became clear she wasn’t interested in helping.
I mentioned I had spoken to a few dispensaries who recommended I check vape shops for CBD, and she responded curtly with, “Well, we’re not a dispensary.” I never said they were—I was simply explaining why I was there. I was open, friendly, and polite throughout the entire exchange, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and talked down to.
I left without making a purchase—not because of the products, but because of the poor customer service. I really wanted to support a local business, but I can’t recommend a place that treats potential...

The employee that was working behind the counter when I went there was extremely rude, and couldn't accurately answer any of my questions that pertained to vaping.. I spent over $150 on disposable vaping devices and 8 out of the 12 devices malfunctioned in the sense that they all claim provide at least $3, 000 Puffs per device and I got no more than 200 puffs from the failed devices.. I returned to the store the next day to explain the situation and the same employee was working that was there the day prior to that and she once again was very rude and refused to give me any kind of a helpful solution such as a fair return of the items for an in-store credit. I am not impressed with this store or their policies I will never do business...
