Jitterbug Java — Restaurant in Springfield

I have been trying to go to all Local coffee stands and tried this one out today and was pleasantly surprised! The Barista was sooo polite and friendly, nicest one I have seen in a long time! The salted caramel cappuccino is delicious!! It’s perfect! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for atmosphere is the outside of the coffee stand could use a facelift. Don’t let it stop you from trying this delightful shop! Whoever the owner is if you should want a facelift I do run the office at Green Peaks Painting and Remodeling LLC, we are local to Springfield. Reach out to us if you ever feel you want an update! Thank you for the lovely service and delicious coffee! Will return! There is two windows so you can drive up on both spots and even a bit of parking. Again the barista made the experience lovely...

In the past I've had nothing but awesome service but now under new ownership I don't know what happened. I recently wanted to get coffee. I waited in line and there was a car in front of me, no biggie. Another car pulls up to the window and was in and out quickly. Me on the other hand waited 10 minutes and the car in front me never moved. I decided to leave and looking back at Jitterbug the employee and person were causually talking. I guess Jitterbug doesn't care about having customers? Poor customer service or...

Stopped in to grab a small peanut butter mocha milkshake with real peanut butter put in it. The really nice gal told me that the drink was thick. Well it's now been 3 hours since I picked up this drink and it still thick finally decided to take a spoon to it come to find out she sold me a cup of peanut butter there is no coffee there's no ice cream there is no ice it's straight up peanut butter.... Been going here for year's. Kinda strange to get a cup of just...
