Terrible customer service, very careless attitude. Place my order in drive thru, didn't even get a chance to place my while order when she cut me off and told me to pull up to the window to place the rest of my order...then tried to cash me out, so I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't done ordering. She ended up sighing really hard rolling her eyes and asking me "ok what else then..." lol um ok?!?! I about drove off...but I tried giving the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy and dealing with alot. So I finished my order, she told me its be about 10 minutes and to come inside for my order. So I waited about 10 minutes then went inside. As I walked inside their were a handful of people waiting for their order. The employees looked extremely scattered and confused. I finally made my way up to the counter tried showing the girl at the counter my order, she stood their staring at me then sighed turned around and walked to the back. Read moreThe worst possible customer service at the 183 Q street location. 2 items were not given that were paid for, when we called , the employee that answered identified herself as the manager said that it was not her or the locations responsibility to ensure the order was correct. Then said it was not possible that they got our order wrong because employees dont actually hand the items to customers because they are prohibited from doing so, which is funny because the employee literally handed us the items when we picked them up. The franchise owner should seriously evaluate this managers employment, because the responsibility is clearly too much for them. I'd love to talk to someone about this situation. Its unfortunate that an employee would disrespect a customer over such a trivial issue that could have been fixed easily. Never patronizing this...
