I wish I had something positive to say. I rarely come to this establishment, I had some time to kill and was near by so decided to play a few games. The customer service was so horrible I have now contacted the Oregon Lottery Board and Better Business. A woman working here came into game section, asked people if they wanted a drink, only one said yes. When she returned I said (word-for-word) “I am really sorry for asking now but would you mind if I have a come, it looks really good on second though”. This woman snarled at me and SNAPED “I JUST ASKED you!”. I was floored at the level of animosity, I had NEVER even met the woman, been in the establishment an hour, and this had been my only request. My jaw dropped. I said in a shocked voice, “no thank you I have changed my mind”. Who wants to be treated like dirt over a lousy soda! She insisted in the most pretentious way that NO she WOULD get it! I assured her in a serious and sarcastic tone (at this point) that there was no need I would not drink it if she brought it. She brought it anyway. I told her again I would not drink it (first I waited tables for a decade no way I would ever treat a customer that way AND I know what people who do treat customers like that do to drinks and food of people who piss them off). She then in a snarky tone said “do you have a problem”. I wasn’t going to back down at that point, I am tired of mean people! I said “yes, your service, I would like your managers information.” She then KICKED ME OUT. I have NEVER!!!! I am so appalled. Obviously I will never go back but I am just stunned. By the way, regardless that she basically yelled at me four times that she would get her manager information she never did. What a waste of my time, but honestly I have never felt this disrespected before in a public...
Read moreI walked in and a customer came over to me while I was sitting down and asked “are you supposed to be here “. I ignored her. I ordered a Chardonnay. The female customer proceeded to ask personal questions in a mocking and supercilious tone like “have you found a job yet?” and “are you allowed to be here? “. I tried to cool things down by asking “why? do you have job offer?”. The bartender smirked when the customer said “no. where are you applying?”. I told her it was none of her business. I kept to myself for about 10 to 15 minutes and then tried to talk to the guys there. They asked me if “I do good food “. I told them that I like Placido’s and Placido’s has a Italian bread that is like angel food cake. They got very offended. I think it was, because I said angel food cake. Then the female customer said “it because something is wrong with you “. I told her to leave me alone and she knows nothing about me. The bartender looked at the woman with admiration while the customer left with her husband after right insulting me. I told the bartender “that woman was not nice”. The bartender and a couple of the dudes responded “oh I think she is a great woman”. I asked if I could have my card back so I could pay my tab” the bartender responded “yes if your paying”. I told her “yes”. After signing the receipt I told the bartender I would never drink there again. I think the people there are ignorant and look for people to single out if they think that person is a member of a minority. So if you look like you are a member of a minority group or have a complex personality I don’t think you would have a good time at Jazzies Bar. I was very...
