I recently visited Fred Meyer Jewelers with the intent of making a significant purchase, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Firstly, the customer service was notably subpar, which is disappointing for a jewelry store where professionalism and attentiveness should be paramount. The staff seemed ill-prepared when it came to men's jewelry, lacking knowledge of available products and options. Their limited selection of men's rings, combined with the scarce range of sizes to try on, made the shopping process more difficult than necessary.
To make matters worse, multiple errors were made by staff throughout my calls and visits, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail. When I needed a special order, the follow-up was poor, further cementing my decision not to proceed with my purchase. I believe that whoever âfixedâ the necklace rushed it and didnât get it fixed properly. She deserves compensation because it was not her fault and she couldnât prevent it. Iâm extremely disappointed in this company and how you handled this situation...
