🚨 I have never left a review but I am very upset and felt I need to…

So today I called at 10am because my brother recommended me this place, owner said no appointment required and it’s quick to install my personal amp and speakers (I had all my wires already installed he just needs to connect everything) I got there at 3:10pm to get it all setup and he was very chill at the beginning.

First, While he was doing the install he allowed his toddler maybe 3 or 4 years old to walk all over my front seats and arm rest touching everything up front to keep him distracted, then proceeds to walk around my car and slam every door shut, but I didn't say anything because i did not want to be rude since this guy is doing me a favor although I’m paying him…

Second, comes 3:30ish and a truck pulls up with I’m assuming his wife and daughter because they get off talk, she takes the toddler and car seat into truck and just sit in truck waiting for the guy to finish installing my system which made me feel extremely uncomfortable because their truck was running and he was continuously huffing and puffing…

Third, when I was paying he said I was missing parts but never once said anything during the installment about any missing parts meanwhile I was standing 2 feet from the guy during the whole installment and never mentions one missing part…

Last but not least, when I called prior to showing up he said quick install and $50, but 1hour later and time to pay he says $95… My response: you said $50 He then proceeds to aggressively say all these negative things like it was my fault it took long, and i was missing multiple parts, and my setup is terrible I need an upgrade and then laughed at me… I paid and left extremely upset I wish I never came to this place to be honest. I would definatly recommend NOT coming here if your looking for quality...

Unique Audio is the only place you need to go for All of your audio needs...Car, Boat, Home , RV or whatever you would like to sound great. Edgar and his team has done an amazing job building this business into what it is today, and they have earned my business for years to come.

When you walk into this place you will understand the business concept here...everyone is polite, down to earth and will explain with great detail any question you may have. I have a complex system and tuning multiple amplifiers with multiple woofers is not easy to get right. Unique Audio gets it and has the knowledge to make precision adjustments as necessary to keep any system you may have sounding clean.

In 2019 Unique Audio installed a backup system in our truck. It's been great so now that we have a 16 year old driver in the house we brought our car to them for a blindspot monitoring system. We've only had the blindspot monitoring for a few days but it seems to be work as great as the backup system. I appreciate the quality work.

I also appreciate how very patient they were with the large number of questions I had. I went in three times with questions before being ready to commit. They were always friendly and gave detailed answers; never once did I feel like the questions were annoying or burdensome.

I definitely highly recommend and will return again if we need something more for one of...
