Great Customer Services - Even BETTER Prices!!! I purchased 3 furniture items from Direct Furniture Springfield Mall. Brian my salesperson has been such a great person to work with. I first purchased my son's Twin over Full bunk bed from them in navy blue in April 2018. One part was not installed by the delivery folks, so after several months of waiting for it to be delivered, he drove it over to my house and installed it himself.
I then purchased a 2 piece Ashley Living room set (May 2019) from Brian. It was delivered within the timeframe he provided me. The sofa would not fit up my stairs, so the delivery guys had to take the sofa up my neighbor's deck and through my kitchen deck door (because she has steps and I do not). This Ashley set is BIG and BEAUTIFUL and the price was much less at Direct Furniture than what the Ashley Store wanted for it - not sure how they do it!
I recently purchased a dark gray counter height Ashley dining set, again it was MUCH less than the price of this SAME SET at the Ashley Furniture Store. I put down a deposit on it as I've done with all my other furniture pieces (usually half down) and will pay the remainder once I get a delivery date. Great furniture place. Very nice store front and endless access to pieces via their catalogs. On top of their terrible customer service, they are also way overpriced compared to other furniture stores who are actually well known and additionally this place will cheat you on its quality. My cousin ordered a whole bedroom furniture set from here, when it came in, the furniture was totally different compared to what we saw and felt in the store. We tried communicating with the general manager and the other manager in the store, but they refused to talk to us. I guess since they already got our money, they don't care anymore about their customer/client. If the owner of this business really cares about staying in business, then we suggest that he changes his staff as well as actually deliver the quality of furniture that the customer asked and paid for. With enough proof on our side, a dispute with my cousin's bank is ongoing for this issue. So, piece of advice to whoever is also unhappy with their experience here, don't settle for cheap furniture that you paid so much for. If they don't try to fix their mistake, then...

First of all, the store is supposed to be closing, since, it seems forever. They use this ploy to sell their furniture as is and create an impression products are on sale. This seems to be one of the strategies these furniture stores use to clear out inventory. Second, they were supposed to be in a close out sell but most of their items were not on sale. Third, Be careful taking the sells representatives word and promise seriously. Anything that they promise such as delivery time and warranty should be in black and white. So our orders came late and when it came the bed came broken and they had to take it back. To get that bed back, we had to basically beg this people for months. Getting tired of waiting, we requested for a refund but the store refused. We were promised a five year warranty by the sells manager which never materialized.
