Kendra Scott — Local services in Springfield

If I could’ve rated a 0 out of 5 I would’ve. It was an absolute terrible experience. I’ve always heard that the workers were rude and incompetent and that is completely true. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this Kendra Scott location. All I asked for was a simple chain replacement that many of my friends and family have had done before. I do not appreciate the rude attitude I was given by the workers and that I was lied to. Many of my friends have had their chains replaced in this stores location and I was flat out told it was not even possible. Honestly, I visited from out of town and my bracelet had broken. So, I went in to buy a replacement. However, the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I was so surprised, because at the Kendra Scott location in Denver, it's a completely different experience.

I'm so disappointed in my experience, I waited for some time to see if maybe they were just busy, but none of the staff showed interest in helping me.

I decided to just wait till I returned to Denver to buy a new one. I'll avoid this place if I ever visit...

I was hesitant to go to this location because of the reviews but we don't have one where we live and it is my daughter's birthday month so I decided to give it a chance. We went Sunday around 3ish. We had a great experience. Both of the ladies were very helpful, tentative, and answered all of our questions. They made us feel welcomed and not a bother trying to figure out what my daughter wanted. As we left, they wished my daughter a Happy Early Birthday and safe travels home. I'd recommend...
