I've been to this store exactly twice, and I'm not sure I will be back. First visit was to buy the bracelet alone, as I wasn't sure what I wanted on my bracelet. The girl flirted with my husband the whole time, right in front of my face, barely acknowledged me, condescendingly said, that she might not have a bracelet in my size, telling me that 'my wrist is bigger than normal'. Then she proceeded to speak to my husband about the cost, and trying to pressure him into buying charms. I was the one forking over the money to buy said bracelet. Second time was just last week. The girl in the front had an attitude from the first second she lied her eyes on us. Was dismissive, rude, and just in general behaved as if I didn't have the money to buy the charms I was picking out. She only perked up when my husband started asking questions. Oh and, once again, I was treating myself not my husband. Extremely sexist of you gals to assume that only the man is paying. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. There were 5 workers on their phones when I walked in and it took a good minute before anyone would look up from their phones to say something to me. The store is small it's obvious when someone walks in the door. They made me feel stupid and like I was not worth their time when I asked a few questions and retracted and switched one of the answers they gave me when I made my final choices. They made me feel like I did not belong in their store. I left with nothing because I did not want to give them my business after the way they made me feel. Purchased my daughter a diamond necklace for graduation. She got to wear it two days before the clasp broke. Went to the same store I bought it at on May 3rd. Today is June 7th. Refused to let me return it and refused to exchange it because it’s over 30 days. I don’t live near a store and had to make a special trip. The lady working was totally rude and basically said sorry not sorry. I have bought a lot of Pandora over the years and have never had this negative of an experience.
