I had a horrible experience, The staff was very nice, But I called to ordered a Battery for my Moto Z. The person who took the order looked it up and said a Moto Z Force. I said its not a Force its standard Moto Z. He said I got it no problem. He said it would take Three business days. I said great I called back in 3 days and I was told it was going to be a week another week because of the holidays. While I was waiting another week I did research about the replacements batteries for the Moto Z and found out that the Force used the SV 40 and mine uses the SV 30. I called them and found out the one on order was a SV 40. So they ordered the correct one. It came in 5 days later which was early because they said another week. I was happy it was in. I went over and they said they needed an hour and a half. I left it with them. The tech Jose I believe his name was but not sure called me on time. He said "I tried to install the new battery but I couldn't close the phone. I put back the old one come pick up your phone" I asked did you order the wrong battery again. "He said no its the right one but the phone wont close come pick it up" So I went to the store they gave me no options. I asked what would the next step be and he said none they would send us the same battery and same thing would happen. He seemed a little annoyed at me. I was annoyed too and I apologize for that but I get the run around for two weeks. He didn't really seem to care. I asked if he took a picture of the battery while we had it open so I could find a exact replacement he said nope. I asked him if they ever had replaced a battery in the Moto Z before and he said it was the 1st one he ever worked on. My phone was working correctly and everything seemed to be put back together correctly so I thank him for trying and I left.

Read moreI came here to have a cracked iPhone screen repaired and when I got my phone back, the home button was broken beyond repair. My phone was in perfect working condition (save for the screen) before I gave it to have the screen fixed. Understandably, I was very upset and told the owner that he should have warned me of the risk of my phone breaking beyond repair if I had it fixed there. He told me he had no idea this could happen and it’s never happened before. Now I realize what a lie this is since if you scroll down to read all the 1-Star reviews, you can see that this has happened to other people at this location. If you read the Facebook reviews of this store, there is also someone there who said the same thing happened to them.
I called Apple to speak to a repair specialist and he told me that this would have never happened had I brought this to an Apple store and that Apple would certainly take responsibility for the phone being worse after a repairif i had it repaired there. (It does seem like the obvious way of doing business, doesn’t it?)
I’m so upset because I had a great phone and now I can’t really use Touch ID (sometimes it works and sometimes not), I can’t easily toggle from one app to another and I can’t take screen shots easily.
I would expect a reputable company that wants to Preserve a good reputation to take care of unhappy costumers such as myself. I’m definitely exploring my legal options and not giving up on Batteries and Bulbs making good on their original commitment to...

Disappointed in their warranty for car batteries, had a 36 month warranty on a Duracell car battery, after 3 days of having to jump it and had the car checked by my mechanic to ensure there were no other issue, which there wasn't, alternator good and no electrical draws. I did have the original receipt and all the paperwork for the warranty, I went to them for a replacement, being there is 4 months left on the warranty, they refused to warranty it. After 3 hours of waiting for them to test it. To tell me they would not warranty it at this time, saying the battery was good. STAY AWAY and go to a reputable Auto Parts store. Customer service is lacking and they tell you we can keep the battery up to 24hrs to determine its condition. Knowing that you need a battery to start your car, in order to wear you down and frustrate you. Buyer Beware not a place to purchase a car battery, they lost another client and I hope this helps someone else in the future. Waste of time and money.
