I wish I would of checked my bag of items that they didn't purchase before I bought stuff from this store. I don't know if they had a change of management or what is going on but I didn't get back half of the items that I took in their store. I have pictures and videos of what I took to them and it makes me sad that the store has to steal from a person that has to sale their clothes in the first place just so they can get thru another day or two this holiday season. Therefore if you need to steal some more of my clothes I'll put them out by the mail box at my residence around noon today. Therefore everyone on here knows that those clothes are free and I'll just take the loss on $890 that I originally paid for the items Uptown Stole. I knew I was taking a loss since they only give you 10% of what they can sale it for in their store at least it was something. Thanks Uptown Cheapskate for ruining my Holidays. I hope for each and everyone of you to have the best time with family and friends. If I would not of received the items back I could of not told you the truckers hat, black mini skirts 1 sz Small 1 sz Medium, Navy Michael Korrs Crossbody Purse, Black Mini Skirt with zipper, 2 pair of American Eagle High Rise Jeans, Red Jumper, Green Aero Leggins, Mauve Leggins, MISS Me Jeans and Hot Pink Nikes were not in the bag I received back. I can go further if you need proof and witnesses of what I brought into the store. I realize that your not going to be a theif in a store you own. However maybe you hired some holiday help or maybe an employee has an issue with me if so address it please. I would definitely be looking further into my staff because this one minor issue not addressed can potentially lead to bigger ones if it continues. I stopped by yesterday and waited 2 1/2 hours for my items to be looked at. I understand it was due to them being so busy. However, the staff were not courteous and had a mean girl/high school vibe. I had plus size name brand clothing, most never worn with tags. When I was told they would only take 7 items, I asked if it was due to season or stock and if I could bring the items back at a later date. I was told that when it comes to plus size clothing, the items have to be "super cute" and they my items "just weren't." I was also told that they have a hard time accepting Maurices and Torrid plus sizes due to the sizing conversions. This was after I messaged them via their Facebook page to endure their accepted plus sizes. Also, I expected to get a but more than $23 in store credit for the 7 items, amongst which included brand new, never worn and in original box knee high real leather boots. Lastly, when I was checking out I was asked if I had a rewards card. I said I didn't but I was told that I would be getting one--no option of not getting one. I was then asked a couple of items of personal info and given a punch card. No smiles, no thank you for shopping with us, nothing. This came from the same girl who a bit earlier had an extended bragging convo about her connection to Kenny Chesney and some tropical island, while my items waited on her to finish her stuck up conversation before being reviewed. I was impressed by the organized store and varied offerings, but highly disappointed and frankly I was offended by the staff. I'm torn if I'll ever return. A couple of days ago was my first time visiting this store so just be aware that my review as of right now is based off of one experience. The store seemed to have a lot of nice clothes & pretty shoes. However, I didn't look around very much because I was in a hurry. The staff was courteous to me, & I really liked the atmosphere of the store. It was very relaxed with good music that wasn't turned up too loud. However, I went there to sell a designer bag that was given to me from my aunt who lives out of state, so she left the price tag on it in case I wanted something else, but I lost the receipt so I couldn't return it. Now here comes the negative part of my experience. The woman told me it would take 2-3 hours for them to buy it because there were people ahead of me, which I wasn't happy about, but I understand it's first come, first serve. What I didn't understand, & really upset me, is that she was the manager & would be the decision maker on whether they wanted to buy it & how much they'd be willing to pay for it, & she wouldn't even tell me if she would buy it or give me a ballpark figure until 2-3 hours later!! That meant I could've been waiting all that time for nothing! I feel the least she could do was give me a yes or no answer & a ballpark figure considering it had been bought in March & still had the price tag on it! I will return to the store though because like I said I really liked the selection of clothes & shoes I was able to look at in the small amount...
