I am new to Springfield Illinois and so I was online looking for Valentine's Day gift ideas and found this place..so like always I call to find out what they offer on threw tries I was hung up on an when I finally did speak to a lady she told me to stop calling I find this very rude and offensive she said I would have to come in no over the phone orders but who would go near this place after phone experience very very unprofessional I now understand the name...
