I usually don’t have a terrible experience here but today was another story. I came in to return things I had gotten for my birthday in December. I didn’t have my receipt as they were gifts and understand each store has their own return policies which isn’t an issue. The worker was rude as soon as I walked up the counter. I explained I was returning two items with no receipts and they still had the tags so she asked which day exactly I bought them. I explained they were gifts so I had no idea so she repeated multiple times she would have to go through each transaction for all 31 days of December. I understand the frustration, I would have taken store credit or whatever the case. My boyfriend mentioned it may have been the first week of December and she told me it would be too late since it was after their 30 days, but I told her I wasn’t sure what day exactly as I hadn’t bought them like I stated. She proceeded to tell me there were over 1,000 transactions and it would take a long time, rolling her eyes, and that I could just sell them on Facebook marketplace instead. I gathered my clothes she had taken out of the bag and was walking out the store when the other girl in there approached me from one of the clothings racks appearing to be hiding from her coworker and apologized for her saying she had “been in a mood all day.” It’s embarrassing when your coworker has to apologize for how rude you are to customers. Read moreWhile shopping for a graduation dress, my friend asked the associate if I could come in the dressing room with her. The girl said and I quote "Normally I would say yes, buuuttt" and made a face, leaving us feeling extremely uncomfortable and judged. She also kept following me around and watching me specifically (the store was busy) as I went to go look at other dresses for my friend. Besides the rude staff, many of the dresses were actively falling apart, pilling or straight up tattered. It was truly the best shopping experience anyone could ask for! And most of it was done over the phone! I'm beyond thankful for what he managed to rock out for/with me!
