Red Lobster — Restaurant in Ohio

My mom and I went out for a belated birthday dinner after belated birthday pedicures.😁 Sarah was our server and took great care of us!! She was attentive, timely and had a wonderful personality. It's Lobsterfest and we had gift cards and coupons... so we ordered a bit more than we usually would. We had plenty to eat and lots of leftovers to take home for the next day. We like to share, so everything that follows was split down the middle. And Sarah was prepared with extra plates and a plan to make room and make all food accessible to both of us 😁. We had a lobster flatbread and some lobster artichoke dip to start. Then we had a lobster lovers dream with 3 different choices . We had a rock lobster tail and a roasted garlic Maine lobster tail and a lobster and shrimp pasta. It came with 2 sides and I got a salad. We also got an ultimate feast with grilled sea scallops, a Maine lobster tail, walts favorite shrimp and shrimp Alfredo. This also came with 2 sides. I had a free dessert birthday coupon and my mom had a free dessert, appetizer or soup coupon and a 10% off coupon. We both got brownie over boards and called it a night! Everything was wonderful! I couldn't pick a favorite, it was all so good. The lobster tails were all tender and cooked perfectly. The pastas were so good and made for wonderful leftovers...

We arrived a little around 7 o'clock not realizing they close at 8:30. From the get go, our server was extremely kind and attentive. Amber went above and beyond to make our experience a night to remember.

My fiancé and I are expecting our first baby and we gave Amber the envelope announcing the gender. We asked her if she could have the bartender make a blue or pink drink based on what the card reveals. She showed genuine excitement when asked and so that hyped us up! Then without being asked she hid the drinks behind a tray and revealed them at the table.Lastly, our dessert was plated with the sweetest message.

The manager stopped over halfway through our meal to see how everything was and to congratulate us.

Then when our dessert came out, I literally cried while eating it. The picture below says it all. 😅🎀

I cannot write enough good things about our experience! When I asked Amber if they closed at 8:30 she said they do, but we are welcome to stay because they have cleaning to do anyhow.

Again, Amber went above and beyond and deserves true appreciation. But I'd also like to thank the entire staff as they really made this a night to remember.

I was at Red Lobster on McKnight road Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday August 13th. My cousin and I had just done the 5K Bubble Run and then took a 6 mile hike. We were promptly seated. Our waitor (Kevin) was awesome. We didnt even have to ask for refills he just knew when we needed them. He cleared away our empty dishes as they became empty. He was very personable and genuine. We also had the priviledge to meet the store Manager Nick who stopped by to make sure our experience was a good one, he too was genuinely concerned that we were getting the best service possible. Our experience doesnt stop there. It just so haopens during our visit the District Manager (Dana) was in the restraunt she also swung by our table to check on us. I felt like we were getting the royal treatment. She was such a kind and sweet lady. I am a stickler for customer service and kindness. Red Lobster on McKnight road did not dissapoint. More importantly I cannot leave out whomever was in the kitchen. Our food was so fresh , steaming hot, and absolutely delicious. Great job all around.
