I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with William Gaudiano and NY Gold and Diamond exchange recently.
Anyone who owns jewelry knows that each piece we own has a meaning and a back story. Jewelry is ALWAYS personal and there's always a sentiment attached it. You always know who gave it to you, why and how you felt in the moment you received it.
When my father passed away in July of this year, he set something in motion for all his children we knew nothing about until after he died.
When one of my brothers planned to take his family to Greece, my dad gave him money to purchase a special gift for each one of his children. He did this prior to ever knowing he wouldn't be here to present those gifts to us. My gift, was a beautifully understated and delicate bracelet, which was presented to me by my brother over a month after Dad passed. Obviously the emotional and sentimental value attached to this piece cannot be measured and I have rarely taken it off since I received it. When we went to Aruba in October to spread some of dad's ashes there, the clasp became loose and it fell off my wrist twice. When I came home, I immediately called William and explained what was happening and asked him if he could change the clasp, describing of course how important this piece was to me and how extremely delicate it was. He came to my home, picked up the piece and within a few short days delivered it back to my home with a strong new clasp and polished it up like new. You cannot even tell that wasn't the same clasp it came with.
There is no other jeweler that I would entrust such a delicate and sentimental piece of jewelry to than William and his team. NY Gold and Diamond Exchange represents the core values I believe is vital in this line of business:
integrity professionalism personalized service trust
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a jeweler.
Thank you William and team...
Read moreDon’t let the reviews fool you!!! This is not a good place to sell your jewelry. I Waked in there told the lady I want to sell my 18k gold pendant first thing she said to me was let me see your ID before I can even show her my pendant! I wondered why my id was required before the transaction can even take place? I’m guessing cause I’m black I might be a thief smh and of course I gave her my ID got nothing to hide. She then proceeded to tell me that she wants to pay $225 for 14 grams 18k gold pendant this crooked business was trying to buy my gold at $15 per gram. But I’m the one that needed to show my id before any transaction can take place what a joke of a business I won’t even sell a 10k gold at the rate of $15 per gram if I can give it Zero...

I highly recommend paying a visit to Angie and William. They treat you like family and make sure all of your wants and needs are met. Together we built a custom engagement ring that others jewelers would have charged 3-4x as much. Every step of the way I was kept informed of the progress and they even jumped threw hoops to make sure the ring was completed in a very short period of time. The quality of their product is superior to the other local options, the brand names, and the NYC shops. Don't waste your time, go to N.Y. Gold and...
