I took my Stihl chainsaw in to get it tuned up and I was told it needed $400+ in repairs and that it was a saw in high demand and would I be willing to sell it. I told them it wasn't for sale and that I would pick it up.

I sent one of my guys to pick it up and it came in pieces, the mechanics never reassembled it. I then called and was told they usually charge to put it back together but bring it in and they would take care of it. Why would you disassemble someone's machine and give it back in pieces in a bag? I will never do business with Goldenwest...

Goldenwest Lawnmowers is the definition of customer service!! I live in Wisconsin, and I get all of my parts for my Powertrim edger from Goldenwest. Matt, Jerry and Manny are amazing. They answer every question with honesty, integrity and knowledge!! The prices are great and they ship out the parts immediately! I highly recommend Goldenwest, wherever you live!! You will not be disappointed!! Old school customer service at its finest!!!...

I ordered the wrong one and Goldenwest Lawnmowers understood my issue and sent me the one I need for my 1970umthing model. I sent back the wrong belt with $, the price deference because the person helping me, Matt, was very concerned with my issue and explained to me what model I own and the correct belt I need and sent it to me.
