It was nice when I went to check out and got $10 off my first order for delivery. Then when Food was delivered it was cold even though the restaurant is right across the street. Fries were all stuck together and hard. I asked for no ice on my pepsi and got ice and it was so watered down by the time it arrived. My horchata I asked for ice it came with no ice and hot. Then my order gets to me and my chicken sandwhich meal was not in the bag. I had to walk over to the place this time because they offered to deliver it because the wait time would be 45 mins or more. I went there nobody helped me when i was standing there i had to ask for help and then the girl says oh sorry about that when handing me my missing items doesnt even offer something free or a coupon Which would have been appreciated for waisting my lunch time!.Then I get back to my office and find out it was the wrong chicken sandwhich NOT at all a good experince!! I dont think I will be going back very dissaponting to be honest and this place just opened! The place was VERY packed and meanwhile 4 employees are sitting there eating while theres 1 guy at the cashier. This place needs to get it together

I order the 12 pcs grilled leg and thigh. The chicken was really burn and not sure bc of the pepper but I think the chicken should cook properly and not to the point where is burn. It was more work for me bc I have a 6,4, and 2 yrs kids and didn’t like that burn taste. It was more work for me to make food look good for them. On top of that it came with 3 side and I order coleslaw, rice and French fries . The coleslaw was half way and it states it for 6 people. I understand people have bad days but I believe a restaurant should take care of there customer the right way. I call the 833 number and ask the customer service if the cup should be filled up full or just halfway and he mention it’s should be full to the top.I just didn’t want to cook and save time but now i need to cook for my kids. I will not come back to this restaurant no more. I don’t like arguing with people but if we pay for our food we should have good food and proper cooking.
