I had placed my order in the beginning of December knowing I was going to be in State College the day after Christmas but I wanted my sweatshirt before I had to travel as I am coming from Florida. Two weeks came and went and I decided to call. Just like the other reviews I got no answer and/or busy tone and no one would return my emails. Thankfully I have family up there and they went into the store for me with my order number. They gave my mother in law the sweatshirts that I had ordered right then and there. They were out of stock in the color I wanted for one of the sweatshirt but I settled on what they had and they refunded my shipping charges. I came up there and in the meantime I saw that my original order was then shipped the next day ( Dec.27th) and sent to my home in Florida. They had explained that they had been short staffed during the holidays and that all the college students had left to go home for the holidays. I am an understanding person but at the very least they could of sent out a mass email explaining the situation. So in the end I got my product twice and they refunded me some for the issues. Overall I am very satisfied with the selection, price, ordering process, and communication from this business (especially under challenging circumstances). Please be aware that due to short staffing (impact not limited to this type of industry) that order processing and shipping will take longer than normal, which is clearly stated on the website. Taking this in to account, once I placed my order (well in advance of my item needs), leaving a comment regarding shipping, I reached out via email, as I was under a time constraint to receive my order (out of state) prior to traveling up to State College for the White Out game. I received an email follow-up within 24 hours, which was friendly and aware of my circumstance. They were very accommodating in making sure that my order was processed, shipped, and delivered by my requested date. UPDATE- I don't know how they pulled it off, but the tracking now says it will be here today. I added the stars back. Still can't give 5 because they didn't return emails and it's impossible to reach them by phone, but I'm still very grateful my dad's gift will be here for Christmas.
