Subway — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Really disappointing visit. I've worked for this location before, long ago so I personally know that Dawn and Rob would be so disappointed with the service being provided to the customers. My sandwiches were made so sloppily without any care. Thrown together. Bread smashed and hard. This location used to have sandwich artist that put effort into making your food and experience something to look forward to and its gone so far down hill. Honestly me nor my child finished more than 3 bites of this and normally I would go back for a replacement but upon my visit the employee that served me told me so much information about her job and bosses that I wouldn't feel...

Lol avoid this place went right after shopping and no line on Saturday 1150 am Walked up looking at the menu thinking the rep would assist me but she was making a pizza possibly for Uber ect. The next rep that came up to help talked very low and I expressed I couldn’t hear her she made me aware she was speaking to her coworker oh I understood and waited all in all waited to be greeted or have service neither were offered or given so I just walked away. First time I’ve ever been in this store. Decided to get a sub from subway. When the lady asked if I wanted it toasted I said no. It’s a tuna, I didn’t want it warm. The boss man came up and said it had to be warmed so the employee warmed it. I have been to many subways and have never been forced to have my sub heated. The employee apologized and said that she has to do it because the boss said she had to. Seems to me that when the boss goes against what the customer wants the customer doesn’t come back.
