If I could give a 10 star rating I would, Simply put This jewelers is the best. I feel in love with a wedding set several months ago that I seen at a different jewelry store and when I went back to purchase the set the store was completely closed down. I was devastated. I continued to look at other stores for the next two months to see if I could possibly find the same wedding set or something similar. With no luck in finding that set or something that I liked just as much. I found on the internet this particular “brand” of wedding sets and that lead me to Howard’s Jewlers as they were listed as being one of 3 that carried that brand of rings. I went there with the hope that they would have that exact wedding set, which they didn’t. But the sales person, Ban , that was working with me assured me that they could make the identical wedding set. I was skeptical but agreed to give it a shot. Within 3 days of sending the pictures I had of this particular wedding set, I was sent the drawings of this wedding set. I was amazed because it was identical to the one I originally feel in love with. I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete the setting. I asked if there was any way I could get it in 5 days as my husband and I were leaving for Cancun with our kids and grandson to renew our wedding vows. Needless to say that they went above and beyond to make sure that this would happen. Four days after that I went into the store to pick up my new wedding set and it was absolutely stunning. I want to say thank you to Ban and everyone else that made this happen for us.

My husband (53 yrs old) passed away 4 weeks ago. I found a couple hundred dollars in his wallet that I suspected was money he was saving to buy me a 50th bday present or 25th anniversary present with. He would tuck money away throughout the year so I wouldn't know how much he spent on my gift (which was always jewelry).When I found the money I decided to buy a necklace and found the store (howards) that he had been buying my jewelry from. I thought it would be sentimental to buy it from there. left the store with a necklace that was 3 times what I was comfortable spending (especially now without any income). The sales person didn't ask my budget. I was looking at the sterling silver necklaces and the prices were what I could afford but she said they'd tarnish, that my late husband would have bought me gold and real diamonds (she must have looked at his past purchases. Which he saved many months to buy). So she showed me diamonds and gold and since I was in a sentimental mood, thinking of my husband and this being his last gift to me I ended up spending way too much. Buyers regret kicked in at home and when i looked at the receipt I was sick to see no refunds. It says in articles online I just read that you should not buy from jewelers who won't let you return. I wasn't thinking straight. I was thinking "my husband would want me to have this" when in reality I can't afford it now like I could when he was alive. Vicky was amazing to work with. She is so personable. She helped redeem my faith in jewelers after previous bad experiences. I was able to take the stone of an old ring and Vicky was able to find a brand new setting for my fiancée's (now wife) new ring choices (she narrowed it down to three choices and let me choose). Vicky was not pushy at all and always gave us a range of options in the various price brackets. She kept notes on my fiancee's preferences. She was also able to help me decide on my groom's ring. I have never worn jewelry but I love my selection. I was able to a program that allows a groom to design his own ring style, texture, color, etc. Howards was then able to create the ring which matched very well when it came in for cheaper than if I went direct. The manufacturer of my fiancée's setting didn't have a matching band but Sako was able to replicate the design and match to her preferences. They offer monthly cleanings and diamond replacement if you get it regularly checked. Vicky worked with us also to locate wedding gifts for our bridesmaids and she also helped my fiancée find a nice watch for my wedding gift.
