We were not given any rules accept you have to be 18 to walk the dogs. We went to get a dog to walk after playing with the cats this blonde/gray hair woman came in and said you cant get more than one dog out as we were getting the one we were going to walk after hoping we had the right leash and she wasnt going to bite our head off. We made it outside and there are different pins. We asked to use the obstacle course area to play after a dog left the area this mean woman said NO. Read moreIt's mostly a one person run facility. The animal warfare next to it is Stillwater's pound. This place was open solely to take animals from Animal Welfare and give them a home and not euthanize them. You can only take one dog at a time to walk because most of the time the dogs have had surgery and shouldnt run or their guts will spill out. If the person up front seems rude. You are just sensitive. She is busy and working hard to find these animals a home. I volunteered here for a whole week and I personally cleaned the cages up and down because I'm OCD about cleaning. Yeah they stink but walk into animal warfare and you will be grateful for this facility. HSoS donates food to the poor with animals of their own.
