Do not recommend going here if you want a perm. Worst experience and a waste of $205 bucks just to turn around and spend almost $300 to have my hair fixed! They offered to fix it for free but after the poor experience of getting it done the first time, I’d rather not risk a second time as my ends were so fried I had to cut off 7” of my hair a week later. I asked for a curling perm and got a crimped perm instead. They put my hair in braids instead of curlers which is what caused the crimp look. Was so disappointed and I trusted they knew what they were doing for my very first perm. Super nice people but was so unhappy with the job they did on my hair. When I went to Crowned with Curls Sheree was very welcoming and professional. She knows what she’s doing and really goes the extra mile to take care of you. I have dreads so I went for a retwist and was blown away with the end result. She treated my hair with conditioner before she started, locked them really nice, and repaired my damaged dreads.
