After placing my order with a female employee. Another employee(male) asked what I wanted, so I placed my order again.
This time what I initially ordered was unavailable. Ok I still placed a order 8 original glazed, two chocolate glazed and two sour cream. With two additional original glazed on the side. After pulling up to the window. My order was in plain sight. There was not one employee there to finalize my order. I waited two minutes and then saw two female employees just standing looking towards the window. Still no help.
The male employee I assume who took my order the second time. He told his coworker “I hate you” ( I’m guessing because he had to help me) then asked what the order was he put it into the system and came up with the total. He was wearing gloves and his nose was turnt up when I handed him a $20 dollar bill. (I understand how people feel with what’s going on in the world, but he didn’t have to show it.)
I was so upset when I made it home to see what the doughnuts not only looked like but tasted like. Which was horrible to say the least. They did not taste like they normally would. I will not visit this location again. The employees here lack decent customer service and doesn’t seem to like their jobs. After all it’s no one’s fault you applied...

Previous manager “Jeanette” was aware of problem and she always apologized and gave extra doughnuts to make up the difference. Where’s the corporate to fix the problem? Corporate people are doing nothing about this and just Counting their profit. yesterday I had the worse experience at this location. New staff are inappropriate. The doughnut guy in the back was laughing about this issue, it was intimidating. The small chubby girl with rounded glasses was rude and very humiliating. They made me feel like I was victimized while I was trying to protect my rights and acknowledge them. This shows poor management from corporate. The Krispy Kreme corporate is doing wrong business in our neighborhood. I wonder what the judge will decide once this issue moves to court of law and found out their glazed doughnuts are not the right size and don’t have the right amount of calories. Read more11.11.23 Brookside Stockton Location. The customer service is aweful. I Made online order for box of selected donuts & went to pickup on time it was half hour window. Nothing was ready. The guy handpicks them in front me. He just tosses in the boxes whatever is there versus looks at the order recipt to see what was selected. Well i had selected some of their cinanmon latte & cake battar . Neither of which store had or had ready. The guy says they dont have cake battar but didnt say abything bout the latta . He just throws random items to cover the missing 4. The prices of these were over $3.25 each but the one he just threw in box was $2.09. So there were 4 of these! I asked him & he says we arent making latte flavor so i said both of these were on ur site. The order went in & nothing was said about limited quantities or anything. I asked to talk to manager & he comes back with a tray of the ones he said were mising. Than places the one that was broken into the box which i made him change out.
