My fiancé bought my engagement ring from them. It was nice and of course I loved it ! When we took it in for an inspection on Dec 4th, they told us there was a chip on the diamond and that they had to send out to there home office. They gave us a promise date of jan 31 as to when we would have it back. On Jan 24th I decided to call and check if there were any updates since I had not heard from them. A lady answered and said oh they sent i out to another office on Jan 15th because our home office couldn't fix it and it wont be ready for another 3 months!! Well I am getting married and wont have my freakin ring now and they failed to call me and inform me of any of this !! so they had it for a month and nothing was done then fail to tell me that it would be another 3 months and do nothing but just say sorry the girl who did this probably didn't know. So upset that now with all the last min details I have to do for my wedding now I have to go and buy another ring to have at my wedding. wont be buying anything else from them I will def be going...

Today we picked up our wedding rings from their annual inspection. We happened to be in the mall and thought by chance we would check to see if the rings possibly arrived early. To our amazement Nancy greeted us with a smile as usual. She went above and beyond to look through the manifest in the Kay Jewelers data base and she stated the rings may have just arrived moments ago.
