THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASED ANY JEWERLY. unfortunately I have to select a star in order to have this review posted, but if I had an option to select -0. I would do that!!!! Me an my husband went to Prestigo and received the best customer service from Ivan ONLY.. We purchased 4 rings from them, My wedding band, engagement ring as well as our 2 daughter's rings. The stone of one of the rings fell off and the diamonds from my wedding band and engagement ring fell of 5 times right after having it on for 2-3 days, not to mention the actual engagement ring was broken when we received the ring and from there on it has been nothing but down high. One of my daughter ring ruby stone fell of and we brought it in for repair and the actual owner said that ring was not his product not only until Ivan found it on line and told him that it was there product. I highly suggest to spend you money some where else unless you like to be lied to by the owner. Reason why I say this is because he had mention to my husband after bring the ring for the 3rd time that when we wanted to get it soldering that it was going to be free of charge for the inconvenience of all the times we had to came back to get the diamonds fixed. He ended up charging us full price of $105 in order to get the rings back....

My initial entrance amount the establishment was met in the beginning with such trepidation that it was apparent from jump. After speaking with staff and a unnecessary wait we were promptly denied. How I ended up back was from the advertisement they ran for building credit making payments and having quality certified jewelry. After a review of my first experience surprisingly I received a post saying we could return and get something nice. Boy was I wrong, after making a few payments I was late on some so I made payments to catch up on things but what they started doing was compiling fee after fee etc now going over statements lol these people have exceeded not only an outrageous overcharge but are still calling saying I owe more more I even tried to pay it off but the quoted totsl was ridiculously . That.ole gangsters contract is still alive and thriving in the good Ole...

We made a visit yesterday, Raul worked with us and showed us a variety of rings. The one female that was working I believe her name is Ana Luz, she basically racially profiled us (we're black) the moment we came in. While we were looking at rings Raul went to get some papers and she immediately told him something in Spanish and he came back to put the rings back. Once we were done and picked what we wanted, Jake helped us with the check out, when he pulled up our name there has been an account with them already and when he said that she abruptly left the customer she was working with to loudly let us no we have an account and it was not paid.
