Very unprofessional and janky. I ordered products from them on a Friday and was forced to pay 2-day shipping because that’s the only offer they give for shipping. I called to inquire about my order on a Monday, the expected delivery date and I got a very rude male that told me he’d send out my order that day. I got an email on Tuesday stating they’d just sent out my order and I won’t receive it until Friday, a week later when you force customers to pay for 2 day shipping!! I just bought sea moss from here today and it’s not edible. It tastes like pure table salt! You can’t even swallow it, it’s so salty. Organic Sea moss isn’t supposed to taste like this.
