Lisa Young — Local services in Stonecrest

I will not patronize this store. Went in to see if the store was what it originally advertised to the community to be and it is not. When I went in I was approched by a rude young lady asking me to hand over my shopping bags to her in order to be allowed in. I politely declined and told her I would leave the store before I handed over my shopping bags.

Next this is nothing more than another beauty supply store. The 3rd one opened by Chapel Beauty with in the Stonecrest Mall area and shopping district. Why do they insist of taking up all of our prime retail properties and turning them into beauty supply stores? These spaces are far better suited for something better for the community. Having 1 big beauty supply store by the owners of Chapel Beauty is more than enough but no their greed has had them open a beauty supply store in both the old bed bath and beyond building, and the old khols builds when they already had the large one in the plaza near DSW and Marshall's.

Let's not talk about being sold pipe dreams. The store in the mall was sold to the community as going to be a department store for women's bridal and clothing. When it opened it is nothing more than another beauty supply store. Taking up space in what could be used to have a better vendor that suits the needs of the community. The store doesn't even fill the entire floor of the first level to the store and the upstairs level of the old khols building is blocked off.

We deserve better, we deserve more. I will not be spending my money to patronize this store. Stop inudating our community.

I want better for my community than the lies and monetary abuse of the owners of Chapel...

I absolutely love this store. I was telling the cashier that this store has everything a dark skinned woman needs. Lol! I went here yesterday to get some jeans for work. They have jeans with a real good stretch to them in a big variety of colors.I love how the jeans fit and the price. They also have other pieces of clothes there like outfits you can wear out somewhere. They have all the haircare products you can dream of,accessories and so much more. It’s like a mall in itself, this store his huge! This is a staple for me personally, while I live out here. I live 30 mins away and go out of my way to patronize this business. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend that...

The Lisa Young store is huge and the associates are welcoming and kind.

This store will not receive a cent of my money until they change their policy on making shoppers leave their bags at the checkout counter. It's expected that I will leave the items I've purchased at another store at your checkout counter...why?

This policy is disrespectful. We need to demand the respect and trust we deserve and spend our dollars where our presence is appreciated.
