These jokers almost managed to ruin a wedding by failing to do the only thing their business supposedly exists for; fitting and tailoring a suit. And not just any suit, but the only suit that actually really matters in a wedding, the groom's suit. The jacket and pants didn't match and the fit was off. No big deal, they have weeks to make it right, right?
He ends up ordering a suit from Amazon as a backup because it's the last week before the wedding and he's received zero communication. This suit is 1/3 the price, looks better, and fits better. He only has to hem the pants. Guys, the groom had to hem his own pants the week before his wedding.
It's now THREE days before this man's wedding. Still, ZERO word from men's warehouse. So he calls to cancel, and these complete and utter failures try to tell this man he has to pay a cancellation fee on the suit for his wedding that he never received nor had any communication from up to THREE GD DAYS BEFORE HIS WEDDING.
The audacity of this company is utterly insane. They should be begging for forgiveness, offering to pay for the suit he had to buy online, without a fitting, the week before his wedding and they should be compensating him for the labor of hemming his own damn pants three days before his wedding. Just utter trash. And you better believe not a single person at that wedding will ever set foot inside a men's...
Read moreI looked around at a lot of stores around the Stonecrest shopping complex and finally wound up at Men's Warehouse. I knew I was trying to stay within a low budget, buying a suit for my son's unexpected funeral. I was 4hrs from home and time would not permit me to drive there and back by the time of the funeral. I walked into the store and was greeted by Omar and explained to him my situation and he said that he would work with me to get me within my budget. He also asked for me to have some patience and we would get it together. He found me a suit, shirt, tie, and shoes. The price was where I wanted it and I bought some accessories for my son. The overall experience was great. DOWNFALL --On this particular Friday (18 May 2018), the store was short staffed. Mr. Omar worked with me and 4 or 5 other customers at the same time. He wasted no trips between customer and retrieving items and taking them from the storage area and the floor and vise versa. I was impressed because he split the time evenly and did not pressure me at all. While I was there some people walked in and left without service due to the storage of worker/associates. So if you are in a rush you may get discouraged. My son and I both received a lot of complements on our attire. The clothing, the look, and the feel made it worth the wait.
Thanks Men's Warehouse @ Stonecrest...
Read morePurchase a suit for my birthday 2 weeks prior and was told that they will call me once it came in. After not hearing anything I called the store 2 days before my big day. After a while on the cell the young man said that it was in. I proceeded to tell him that I will be in first thing in the morning to have it attire altered by them as we discuss before I purchase the suit. Once, the manager got the seamstress from the rear of the store. I went to put the suit on so she can mark it to be altered for me. The lady and myself had a conversation as she was doing my measurements then I proceeded to tell her that my mother showed me how to sew as well. So I really know about different stitches. Once I got the suite home I was really disappointed on how it was done after paying almost $70.00 to have it altered. She stitched it in the manner of the material of the pant will just keep coming apart until there will be no more material at some point. I was really disappointed about this. Then I...
