I tried returning an item back to this store. I was given merchandise credit instead of my money back on my card THE WAY THAT I PAID. All I was told was that their system had messed up and there was nothing they could do. I spoke with customer service who said that was incorrect, but the store refused to help me any further. They didn’t even seem apologetic of my inconvenience, kinda like they had an attitude. Just be careful as if you return your item they may want to give you store credit back instead...

Every time I visit this location, I received the best customer service. The store is clean and has a great atmosphere. I'm always greeted and the store manager is helpful and maintains a level of professionalism in the store. The staff is helpful to each other and makes you come back to shop. I just bought these pants Saturday and they were the softest and thickest material...perfect for this cold weather. I'll be back...

I have shopped here since they opened and always find good items to add to my wardrobe. They carry real trend styles and have nice shoe selection. Customers service is ok depending on the individual some can give attitude. Also the shoes only come in regular sizes no wide so you may have to go up a size.
