I recently came into your Strongsville,Ohio location on February 8th,2024 and was highly disappointed. I purchased a pair of earrings at the time of purchase I was not made aware that earrings, body piercing products, face masks, or hair accessories was final sale. I also did not receive a receipt. I was only asked about an email. I walked back in the store 30 mins later to return the earrings I just purchased just to then found out that the earrings was final sale. I’m disappointed in the employee training. I have never been into a store and purchased an item that was final sale and not be told at the time of purchase that the item is final sale. Never buying from here again! I bought $40 worth of rings and I asked several times if they would change color if I washed my hands with them on or if they’d turn my finger green and I was told I could and they wouldn’t change color. A week after buying them they in fact changed color. I drove to the store to show them that they lied to me and I wanted to exchange them for new ones so I could make sure I take them off and they wouldn’t change color.
