Pandora is my go to for my everyday jewelry needs for myself or my gifts. I visited the Pinecrest location on 7/5/2025 and received EXCELLENT service. I walked in looking for a ring and walked out with not only one ring but three and a charm. It was not the up-sale, it was their patience and knowledge that sold me to purchase more. Thank to the two wonderful ladies that assisted me. I will be sure to add 5 stars under Pinecrest location review.
However, sad to say that I did not receive that same excellent service when I visited the South Park Mall location on 7/13/2025. I lost my earring and wanted to replace the pair as well as purchase another pair. However, the pair I wanted to replace was on sale on-line with none in stock in Ohio. Bummer...but I also know that going into the store, sales reps can look into their POS system and hopefully locate a pair. Well, that was my hope yesterday, I had to pull teeth to get assistance. At first I was directed to look online which of course I did before coming into the store, so I pushed back to get more assistance. Another rep, was able to locate a pair In Novi, MI (great because my bestie lives there and can pick up them up for me). I asked the rep to provide me the zip code to purchase online and the rep didn't even know what a zip code was. Yes, that was frustrating but I finally asked to look at their system and located the zip. Unfortunately, when I tried to purchase online the earrings were not showing available in Michigan. The rep advised that maybe I should call the Novi location and see if they were still in stock. Wow, I thought that would be the job of the sales assistance. So, I countered and asked why couldn't they call on my behalf to confirm and help me with the purchase if the Novi location had it in stock as it was not showing online. Again the rep, did not help and said there was nothing that could be done.
While I understand it being 4pm and the store closing at 6pm. I still expect good service no matter how time consuming or small the purchase. Instead I decided I would not be giving that store my sale. I do not appreciate being treated as I'm an inconvenience when it is the job of the sales rep to assist. First and last time at...
Read moreI purchased the Little Mermaid ring at the beginning on this month and I came in last week to exchange it because it was 1/2 size too big. I knew going in to the store that they did not have that ring in stock, but according to their policy I could exchange it for a different ring within 30 days of the purchase. I explained to the employee that I had the ring for 8 days and had only worn it for 20 minutes at work when it felt like it was about to fall off my finger so I took it off. First red flag was she told me that there was no way I could have an even exchange and even if the new ring was less $, I would still owe money. Which does not make any sense. Then, she had 4 people look at my ring. She came back and told me that her manager said my ring was damaged and clearly worn. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that the ring had turned yellow which shows I have worn it. I’m sorry, but for $90, why one Earth would it turn yellow within a week? Even if I wore it every single minute of every single day, it should not turn yellow in a week? She then told me “I don’t know what you expect me to do?” I left the store and with 3 flashlights I looked at the ring and there was absolutely no yellow or wear on it. It was clear she didn’t want to do her job. I went to a different Pandora and the atmosphere and employees were tremendously different. They were kind and so helpful, I ended up exchanging my ring with their help and get this, it was an even exchange and not once was it mentioned that even if my new one was cheaper I would owe money....
Read moreI came up here with my daughter and little cousin, to get my pandora bracelet fixed, which was a special gift from my boyfriend. I had a heart clasp, which worked perfectly, I had put it in its box and next time I went to go wear it, it wouldn't close at all for me. I simply asked if she could just take a look at it and let me know how to go about the rest and even offered to give her my pandora information so she could see if my bracelet was under warranty. She didn't even give me the time of day. I handed her my bracelet and she messed with it for one second then said "there's nothing we can do about this, you have to take it to another location. We aren't going to help you. You'll most likely have to buy a new band." And she wouldn't even look my account up or anything. It was very unprofessional and sad that I couldn't even get help for something so basic. She wouldn't even tell me why my bracelet wasn't closing at least. Sad sad sad... love pandora but the employees aren't professional at all!
Update: Despite the situation that had happened with one of the employees, I received a call where I talked to the manager and we discussed what happened and she also made sure she helped me with the issue I was having regarding my bracelet. The manager, Maria, was very professional and made me feel comfort in the situation and I'm very grateful she took time out of her day to talk to me about the situation and assured me that this would never happen again. Thank you so much to Pandora and Maria...
